Denture-induced hyperplasia is a reactionary lesion to ill-fittingdentures. It mostly asymptomatic, but the patient may present pain in case of ulceration. Its etiology multifactorial. main cause chronic trauma; usually due prosthetic instability.Its diagnosis based on clinical examination completed by anatomopathological for very extensive lesions. The management denture-induced depends aspect and size lesion. conditioning alone or associated with surgical removal lesion.Tissue improves quality bearing surfaces restores physiological characteristics tissues. However, exeresis indicated fibrous, old andof an important where tissue insufficient. should be informed about importance regular control visits prevent appearance hyperplasia.
